Salsa de Chilli de Arbol

This recipe showcases De Arbol Chilli and Ancho Chilli

Ingredients

2 Dried Ancho chillies soaked for an hour in hot water, then finely chopped
5 Dried de Arbol chillies soaked for an hour in hot water, then finely chopped
2 truss tomatoes, skinned deseeded and chopped
250 g cherry tomatoes, finely diced
1 white onion finely diced
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cloves garlic crushed
4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Try alongside a barbequed steak (see our adobe in chipotle recipe)
