Peppered Tasmanian Goat's Cheese Log

This recipe showcases Tasmanian Pepper Berries and Black Peppercorns


300g plain goats cheese log
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
1 teaspoon Tasmanian pepper berries
Olive oil


Dry fry the peppers in a frying pan.

Crush coarsely in a pestle and mortar.

Sprinkle the peppers on a square of wax pepper.

Roll the goat cheese log over pepper to coat. Drizzle with olive oil.

Serve with toasted baguette slices.
