Pacific Grilled Prawns


This recipe showcases The Spice Peddler's Pacific Seafood Rub. Serves 6 as an entrée


20 - 24 large whole tiger prawns

2 tablespoons Spice Peddler's Pacific Seafood Rub

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

4 tablespoons olive oil


Butterfly the prawns by making a deep cut along the belly of the prawn, opening it out and pressing it down. Leave the heads on.

Mix the Pacific Seafood Rub, garlic and olive oil and coat well over the prawns.

Grill the prawns on a hot barbecue for 2-3 minutes until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
