Middle Harbour Seasoned Seared Salmon and Chips


This recipe showcases The Spice Peddler's Middle Harbour Seasoning. Serves 2.



  1. Preheat the oven to 180C

  2. Heat four tablespoons of olive oil in an ovenproof frying pan and fry the new potato chips for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to colour.

  3. Season with 1 teaspoon of Middle Harbour Seasoning and bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden-brown and tender.

  4. Season the salmon with 1 tablespoon Middle Harbour Seasoning
  5. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sear the salmon on all sides. Add the lemon juice and continue frying, basting the salmon with the lemon juice, until cooked through.

  6. Serve the salmon and chips with a side salad.
