Memphis Style BBQ Ribs


This recipe showcases The Spice Peddler's Great All Rounder blend. Serves 6.


3 racks baby back pork ribs or 2 racks pork spareribs

3 tablespoons Spice Peddler's Great All Rounder

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon mustard powder


Mix The Spice Peddler's Great, mustard powder and crushed garlic in a small bowl.

Rub two thirds of the mixture over the ribs and marinate in the fridge for 4 - 8 hours.

Preheat the oven to 120 degrees celcius and slow bake the ribs (covered) for 3 hours.

Sprinkle the remaining rub over the ribs and finish by grilling the ribs over a medium grill for an extra 10 - 15 minutes.
