Chargrilled Snapper


This recipe showcases The Peddler's Sail Around the Med blend. This is a delightful grilled whole fish recipe with a taste of the Mediterranean. You can use barramundi or sea bream as alternatives.


1 whole red snapper

2 tablespoons Sail Around the Med

20 mls olive oil.


Heat the barbecue

Slash the fish sideways (approximately four slashes on each side)

Rub the Sail Around the Med and olive oil into the fish

Cook on the barbecue for approximately 10 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the fish.
